A new beginning

I have done this so many times now… I start writing posts and then I lost sight of things and the blog no longer feels like it is reflective of who I really am and my thoughts. I feel like I was writing during some dark days due to my depression and I am trying to view life from a much more positive view.

I thought of just continuing to blog, trying to make my new posts more representative of my current situations. But those pessimistic thought… I found myself getting sucked back in to that pessimistic, depressing view.

So I am calling a do-over. Starting with a clean slate again, if you will.

For those who are brand new to this blog, I am Caitlin. I am 30 years old and I live in Chicago with my husband and dog.  I am a management consultant who is finally learning to be a grown up at the ripe age of 30. I plan to document my money struggles in this blog — to share my discoveries, mistakes, and decisions — and learn from other wonderful pf bloggers.  I hope you join me on this journey.
